ast night rapper Meek Mill slammed Wale and took it upon himself to expel the Nigerian born rapper from his music label, Maybach Music Group after Wale told The Breakfast Club that Meek brought a pencil to a gun fight in his beef with Drake.
Before expelling Wale from MMG on social media, Meek should have first checked with MMG CEO Rick Ross. You see, just hours after Meek made the announcement, Rick Ross uploaded a video of Wale performing with DJ Khaled and captioned it “Never question The Empire #MMG” lol.
Wale also showed his MMG pride on social media, affirming that he and the label (everyone except for Meek, that is) are in good standing. He posted a picture of his MMG tattoo on his hand and wrote, “We here permanently.” He also posted a picture of himself with his label mate Stalley, who we can expect to hear on Self Made Vol. 4.
Rozay’s empire is in tact, for now — though the only dissent came from within his own ranks. As for Wale, it seems that he found the roof that Meek told him to jump from.
